JUMPER's KNEE: There is a solution
If you are a coach, parent, or athlete you need to read this! Have you heard of Jumper's knee? This is the common name given to a group of tendopathies that effect the patellar tendon or ligament. I'm sure you know or seen or know someone with a tendopathy. They are very common in jumping and cutting sports that are played on hard floors such as basketball, volleyball.
