We aim to build better athletes through innovation, passion, and execution. Comprised of a mulitdiscipliary team of sport chiropractors, physiotherapists, athletic therapist, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and NSCA certified strength and conditioning specialists we improve sport performance, treat musculoskeletal injuries, and improve health.

We are proud of our research into movement based healthcare where we work with Stu McGill from the University of Waterloo to investigate how movement can be used to screen for musculoskeletal injury. This research combined with colloborative research from around the world is helping us screen and prevent injuries for athletes, police officiers, golfers, and YOU!
