GYM CLASS has been developed by FITS for those wanting more energy, improved health – and of course a better body. Gym class is revolutionary because it combines education with a fun, motivating workout with Beverley Coburn.
Each class has a key health topic that is given by a leading expert in the health care industry. The purpose of this component is to provide you with the education to make smart, healthy decisions. For example, do you have low back, knee or shoulder pain? Do you know why and how to prevent and treat those problems? Attend GYM CLASS and learn why movement is the key and then practice and develop those movements with expert instruction and supervision.
GYM CLASS takes place in a state-of-the-art 8,000 sq ft. training and sports medicine facility. This gives us the ability to offer a program that is not duplicatable. The space is bathed with natural light in an open-air loft space with full shower and change-room amenities. In this space is specialized equipment that allows us to analyze your movements and to know exactly how your heart is performing in real-time. This allows us to monitor your performance and your response to exercise unlike any other facility or program in Ontario.
