FITS CORE VALUES

We Build Better ATHLETES* through innovation, passion and execution. An Athlete* is any individual looking for the most out of their bodies and their lives. They appreciate and demand a high quality of life and are willing to work to achieve this goal.

  1. To always strive to improve our knowledge, skills and service.
  2. To improve athletic excellence and support our Canadian Athletes through expertise, knowledge, practical experience, equipment, and coaching
  3. To integrate the best passive and active healthcare and performance services to produce remarkable results.
  4. To promote health and an active healthy lifestyle through work with government agencies, charity organizations, small businesses and corporations.
  5. To become leaders in the sport performance and musculoskeletal healthcare industries through original research and speaking all around the world.
  6. To build a strong company based on principles and service.

Founded in May 2007, FITS is not your typical gym, sports medicine clinic, or training facility. FITS is the first facility of it’s kind in Canada where Sport Science integrates expertise in sports medicine, athletic development, nutrition, rest and recovery, neurophysiological development, the Long Term Athletic Development model, motor skill acquisition and sport performance. Our main focus is Movement Development, and it`s the reason why we`ve been successful in resolving musculoskeletal injuries, preventing injuries and improving sport performance.
