Getting you in the RIGHT Program

There is age overlap between the various programs. Based on the results of age appropriate testing, previous training experience and combined with individual aspirations we select the appropriate group for each individual athlete. For example:

  • Athletes that want to prevent injuries with no aspirations of representing the country. They just want to have fun and enjoy sport. Foundation Training Level I or II
  • Highly competitive athlete, who has made the decision to focus on one sport. They are highly focused and they want to see how far they can go in the sport, hopefully to earn a scholarship, become a pro and represent the country. High Performance Athlete Development
  • An professional athlete how is looking to take her or his game to the next level. Elite Athlete Development Program

Programs

Learn to Train | Boys = 9 – 12; Girls 8 – 11
Children at this stage are exposed to a wide range of movements that are suitable for many sports. This is the most important stage for accelerated learning of coordination, fundamental movement skill and fine motor control. Interestingly, the brain is primed for motor development, much like the development of language skills. We all can appreciate the difference in learning a language when young versus. as an adult. The neurological development reasons for why it is easier to learn when younger are the same reason why it is easier to develop motor skills at a younger age.
