Tim O’Hara was a young athlete of Dr. Lam who possessed tremendous strength, but more importantly he was a stand-up individual. His passing was too quick, but his love of strength and conditioning shall continue with the many people he’s mentored, trained with, and influenced. To always remember his passion to learn about strength and condition we’ve created the Tim O’Hara Memorial Internship. The first intern to go through this program is Sean Lewis. To date he’s been an absolute pleasure around the facility. His quest to learn more is only matched by his desire to help.

Rewarded by an incredible, life changing experience particularly in Africa, Dr. Candelaria brings a renewed perspective on life, community, and the impact of sport in one’s life. Eager to help the people and areas he’s visited Dr. Candelaria will be organizing charity events, with the first sometime in the fall.
Read more →After a highly successful summer dry-land training period, Ontario Alpine Women’s and Men’s team are headed for three-weeks of on-hill training in Chile. With newly developed strength and power qualities these athletes are excited to be back on snow. The Strength and Conditioning Team is also excited for them. The athletes have worked very hard, and they should feel confident knowing that the qualities they’ve developed will translate into improved on-snow performance. Read more →President, Director of Athletic Development, Chiropractor Dr. Thomas Lam has over a decade of strength and conditioning experience working with various athletes from grass root athletes to Professional and Olympic athletes. He is a chiropractor who bases his practice on identifying and correcting movement patterns by integrating passive and active modalities to achieve the best results possible. Dr. Lam graduated from the University of Toronto in 1998 with a Bachelors’ of Physical and Health Education, and then went onto study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating in 2003.
