Luke’s Isagenix challenge: Day 3

Awoke feeling pretty good, My girlfriend had bought me a blender on Friday and some frozen berries to mix in, so I was all set for what day 3 could offer me……man I wanted cereal, or even better, bacon and sausages mmmmm. Day 2

Day 2 began by trying to mix a small fruit cup in with the shake in the morning. Fortunately, I had decided to do my Ionix shot and natural accelerator tablet and then go for a run. So I had some time to try and get this shake down without too much rush. Sadly, with no blender and only a standard drink bottle to work with, I ended up with fruit cup at the bottom and shake on top. Isagenix Challenge Day 1

Day one didn’t start well, people who know me, know I live by 2 rules when it comes to food: Food should be solid (I’ll have to drink out of a straw eventually, why do it when I still have teeth) Drinks should be cold (If I want something to warm my insides, I’ll eat something hot) So for me this means no soups, no tea and coffee, no  hot chocolate etc. I also can’t drink milk (except on cereal which is my favourite food in the world). Isagenix Challenge

The initial challenge stretches to 15 days when the pre-cleanse portion of the program is included, for me it will look like this: 4 days pre-cleanse: which involves Isagenix meal replacement shakes (MRS) for breakfast, whey protein shakes after workout, healthy mid morning snack, 400-600 calories for lunch, MRS mid afternoon, dinner and at least 8 glasses of water per day. 2 cleanse days: This portion of the challenge is liquid diet, using the Isagenix cleanse drink 4x per day, 8-12 glasses of water per day, and 5-6 Isagenix snacks. 5 Shake days: as with pre cleanse 2 cleanse days: as with first
