Day 7 and I decided to reward myself/change things a little and just see how it went. For breakfast…..cereal! 1 bowl of bran flakes with skim milk, it was nice, but not as rewarding as I had hoped. Read more →Day 7, return to solids, YAY!!! Shake for breakfast, getting pretty comfortable now, although if I’m totally honest, I dont think it’s something I could everyday for the rest of my life. Read more →Cleanse day 2 began ok, I was able to do my run, and work out with no complaints, and thanks to the structured “cheat sheet” from Alan, I was able to get through the day pretty smoothly, apart from multiple trips to the bathroom due to the amount of liquids being ingested. I think much of the reason plans like this probably work is the fact that you are given structure. For me personally, I think things have been made easier so far, because I’ve had a plan that says at 1130 do this, at 230 do that etc etc.
